The overall aim of this programme is to provide its learners with the necessary theoretical and practical skills, knowledge and competence, to gain a comprehensive, specialised and in-depth, understanding of the area in Information Technology. Upon completion of this programme, the graduate will be in a position to:
Apply their knowledge, skills and competence to start an IT career by securing employment in a range of entry-level and junior manager positions such as, but not limited to: database administrator, IT consultant, junior IT project manager, network engineer/administrator, programmer/software developer, technical support specialist, technical writer and web developer, web administrator, software testing and quality assurance roles.
