This 4 year programme offers specialisms in Building Information Management (BIM) and in the area of Mechanical and Electrical Services Cost Management. These are areas of significant growth in the Irish construction industry, particularly in sectors such as Data Centre Development, Pharmaceutical, Agri-food and large scale commercial projects.
In Ireland, as well as internationally, there is a shortage of Quantity Surveyors with Mechanical and Electrical qualifications. This means that the successful student will
be much sought after when it comes to employment.
